Extra Heavy Resistance Band

My one year has recently become very attached to me and leaving him at the kids club at the gym would leave him sobbing crying. I would get called right after I left him and told he was crying too much that unfortunately I had to walk out the gym after I just walked in. Having had 3 kiddos I wanted my body to be more fit. I was supposed to buy a Pilates bar on Amazon when I came across this Band bar on tiktok.. I watched every video and I absolutely loved it! The idea of being able to do every workout at home had me sold!! It looked easy on the videos but when I got it OMG! I felt weak!! Haha. It’s definitely going to test your strength! The full body workouts omg!! You can definitely feel the burn and you sweat!!! As a busy stay at home mom, I definitely recommend this! You won’t regret it!! It is awesome! Even my husband said its a kick in the butt lol.. he said it’s not as easy as it seems lol.

The bar is great! I love the door anchor it makes it possible to do cable exercises at home. The only thing that I would upgrade is the resistance gap between the bands. What I mean is that one band is too light but the next one is too heavy. Great product over all!
