This 12-week strength program is full of functional strength workouts designed for you to complete at home, outside, or wherever you take your Band Bar! STRONGBAND Level 2 is the perfect follow-up to our Level 1 Training Program or as a stand-alone intermediate level strength program.
Within the STRONGBAND Level 2 Training Program, you'll receive:
- 12 weeks of strength training
- 3 strength workouts per week (upper body, lower body, full body)
- 1 HIIT workout per week
- Warm-up and mobility for every workout
- Workout details with photos
- Printer-friendly version of the workouts without photos
- Weekly check-in questions
- Access to our Private Facebook group so that you can connect with everyone else in the TBB ARMY, receive frequent video tutorials and stay motivated
